Heartbeat Medical Return Policy
If you receive anything damaged or defective from Heartbeat Medical, let us know immediately by calling us at 888-204-0276. If the item is in its original packaging and has been delivered within the last 30 days, you may receive a refund or credit. If you ordered the wrong item or need to return an item for another reason, call us at 888-204-0276 to obtain instructions on how to return the item. Items returned to us without contacting us first will incur a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept items for return more than 30 days past their delivery date.
The exceptions to this policy are: electrodes that have been opened or have damaged packaging, opened or used batteries, rescue kits and packs that have been opened, or used CDs, DVDs, software, books, videos, or manikins. If you return an AED (automated external defibrillator), the price of opened electrode pads, opened or used batteries, or items in opened or non-resalable condition will be deducted from the refund. Warranty service and technical questions for AEDs should be directed to the manufacturer.
Shipping and insurance costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping returned items, we strongly recommend that you use a well known delivery company that issues a tracking number for shipments and that you insure your shipment. Heartbeat Medical cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping. Of course, items not purchased from Heartbeat Medical may not be returned to Heartbeat Medical.
